The product team has been busy so we have a handful of updates today on some new Connectors that are now live and ready to be installed as well as updates to existing Connectors and the addition of an Activity-Type object that is now supported for some new as well as existing Connectors.
What is it? - QuotaFactory is a lead-acceleration tool and powerdialer. Users can import leads into QF and have powerdial lists provided to them;
What do we support? - once a lead converts to a contact, it is transferred back to a sales CRM and worked through a standard sales process.
What is it? - Repsly is a mobile-first platform for sales reps to conduct client visits and manage data collection.
What do we support? - Currently supported use case is to sync data about clients/companies across databases, to transfer visit information as activity, and to transfer purchase order information as an invoice.
What is it? - An Events Management platform that lets you sell and promote your events online. Individuals can register for said events in Universe.
What do we support? - User data, event registration, and event attendance are synced to other systems as contact/lead data; event information can be synced across systems.
What is it? - InfusionSoft is a sales and marketing service that also incorporates online sales capabilities.
What do we support? - We are focused on supporting the sales and marketing use cases (sync data for contacts, companies, and opportunities across sales, marketing, email automation, event, and other systems); we will soon be working to add the capability to support the sales portal by adding orders and products to our connector.
What is it? - An affordable CRM and Project Management platform focused on small businesses.
What do we support? - We support the syncing of data for the Opportunity, Organization, Lead, Contact, Task and User.
New Marketo Connector
We have lanched a new version of our Marketo Connector. We are now using the new REST API instead of the SOAP API. Along with this change to the API, we now support syncing of data for the following objects:
- Leads (Contact Mapping)
- Company (Company Mapping)
- Opportunities (Opportunity Mapping)
- Interesting Moments (Activity Mapping)
For existing customers on the SOAP API version, when you go to see your installed Connectors, you'll now notice it's called the "Old Version".
We will send a communication directly on the steps for switching over to the new version so that you can take advantage of the newly supported features. In the meantime, the SOAP version will continue to function as before.
Activity-Type Objects Supported
We are very excited about the addition of Activities as a supported object-type. This means that in various systems where you have activity-type data (i.e. notes, call history, emails sent, etc.), you will be able to sync this activity data from one system to another.
For example, lets say you have a Marketo lead and you want to pass the Interesting Moment's data from this lead to the equivlanent lead in your Salesforce CRM in the Salesforce Activity object so your sales teams are up to date on what type of Interesting Moments have taken place. This is now possible with this new feature.
