What is a Unique Record?

A unique record is a unique person or company across your applications. To determine the right record tier for your business, you should add up all lead/contact and company records in all your applications, and subtract the number of duplicate records between the applications.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

Bedrock Data Sync is sold as an annual software subscription. You may pay for the full year up front, but we also offer monthly automatic billing.

Is there a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial for our Sync product. We’ve found because of unique configurations of CRM & marketing automation systems, assisted onboarding is required to setup an integration. We do offer a free trial of our Fusion product for unifying data across multiple applications and feeding to a data warehouse, BI & analytics tools. You can access that free trial at BedrockData.com/Try.

Do I need to buy services?

You do not. Onboarding is included in the subscription fee. You'll work with an onboarding manager to implement your key integration goals. This includes mapping fields, setting up dynamic rules for when data syncs, determining system of record on a field by field basis, testing, and ultimately setting the integration live. After this you're paired with a dedicated customer success manager for any ongoing data synchronization needs.
