A normalized contact record is a unique person across your systems. You can add, update, or remove records by deleting them from your integrated systems and resetting your integration. To determine the right contact tier for your business, you should add up all contact records in all your systems, and subtract the number of duplicate records between the systems.
Bedrock Data is sold as an annual software subscription. Speak with your account manger for flexible payment terms. You may wish to pay for a longer period of time to make billing easier. There are no partial refunds for unused subscription time.
